Who is responsible

Hiera CNC, based in Denizli, Türkiye, runs this website and handles the information you send through it. Machines are sold, invoiced and warranted by the manufacturer that builds them. Contact: info@hieracnc.com.

What we collect

• Configuration requests: the details you enter in the form (name, company, email, phone, country and your application data).
• How you found us: the first page you visited, the referring website and campaign parameters in the link. This is stored in your browser and sent only with a request you submit.
• Technical data: the country derived from your IP address and your browser type, recorded with your request to prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against spam.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a configuration and quotation, organise a factory visit if you ask for one, and understand which pages bring relevant enquiries. To prepare a quotation we may share the technical details of your application with the manufacturer building the machine.

Storage and retention

Requests are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and delete them on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@hieracnc.com.
