Why Denizli

Denizli and the surrounding Aegean region are one of Türkiye's main centers for natural stone, from the travertine quarries around the city to marble processing plants across the region. Stone machinery built here is developed and tested next to the workshops that use it every day.

Twenty kilometers north of the city, the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale and the ruins of the Roman city of Hierapolis form a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many visitors add half a day there to a factory visit.
