What it cuts

Countertops and vanity tops

Straight and mitered cuts, sink and cooktop cutouts with the electrospindle option, drainboard grooves, inclined cuts for waterfall ends.

Porcelain and sintered stone

Thin slabs (6–20 mm) with controlled feed at blade entry and exit to limit chipping. 45° miters for mitered aprons and edges.

Cladding, flooring and shaped pieces

Strip and tile cutting, stair treads and risers, shaped and contoured cuts with 5-axis interpolation, rodding for reinforcement grooves.

Why five interpolated axes

On a 4-axis machine the head tilts by indexing: the blade is set to an angle, then the cut runs. With five interpolated axes, X, Y, Z, C-axis rotation and A-axis tilt move together under CNC control. The blade can follow inclined and shaped paths, cut variable-angle bevels and produce 3D profiles that an indexed head cannot.

For a countertop shop the practical gain is fewer handling steps: mitered aprons, waterfall ends and cutouts run in one program on one machine, with the vacuum manipulator moving cut pieces clear of the slab between cuts.

Questions buyers ask

Can I see the machine cut my material?

Yes. Send slabs or samples ahead, or bring them to a factory visit. We cut them and share video and measurements.

Who installs and trains our operators?

Installation, commissioning and operator training at your workshop are part of the delivery scope agreed in the quotation.

How is it priced?

Quoted per configuration: worktable, blade, spindle, tooling, control platform and options all change the price.

Configure your 5-axis bridge saw
