How to read published prices

Very few manufacturers of 5-axis CNC bridge saws publish a price. Italian builders quote per configuration. Most Turkish builders do the same, and so does Hiera CNC. The public figures that exist come from three places: Chinese marketplace listings, used-machine listings, and secondary price guides. Each has limits.

  • Marketplace prices are usually for a basic configuration, FOB or EXW, without blades, freight, duties or installation.
  • Used asking prices are not sale prices. Many listings are already sold or archived, and most are sold as-is, where-is.
  • Price guides rarely state their method or the date of their figures.

All figures below are asking prices seen in October 2026 on the pages listed under sources. Treat them as a market picture, not a quote.

New machines from China

StyleCNC lists its ST3220S-5A at $29,800 to $30,800 for the basic and pro editions. That machine has a 3,200 × 2,000 mm worktable, a Ø350 to Ø400 mm blade and a 13 kW blade motor, with a PC-based control.

Aggregated Alibaba supplier listings for “5-axis bridge saw” range from a few thousand dollars to about $80,000 per set. The lowest entries are often CNC routers, wire saws or machines with 4 interpolated axes described as 5-axis, and some prices assume a minimum order of ten sets. Read the specification, not the headline. A realistic band for a slab-size 5-axis bridge saw from a Chinese supplier, based on these listings, starts around $10,000 to $30,000 for basic machines and reaches $36,000 to $80,000 for listings with larger tables or more equipment.

New machines from Türkiye and Italy

Turkish and Italian builders generally do not publish list prices for 5-axis machines, and we do not repeat unpublished figures. One US-focused price guide (Slabwise) puts a new mid-range CNC bridge saw with automated head movement at $80,000 to $150,000, and fully automated Italian five-axis sawing centers above $300,000. The guide does not state its method, so use it as a rough frame only.

Used machines

Machine Year Asking price Source
Park Industries Voyager XP, 5-axis, 27 HP 2023 $124,900 (listed as sold) Surplus Record

OMAG Digitale 5, 3,600 × 2,000 mm table 2024 $89,900 Revelation Machinery
Verona PF-CNC Platinum, 25 HP, tilting table 2022 $79,900 (archived) Revelation Machinery
Prussiani Italia, 5-axis, Ø625 blade, Fagor control, 728 h 2022 €65,000 EXW Machineseeker
Breton Smart Cut S/NC 500, 4 interpolated axes 2008 €55,000 FCA plus VAT Machineseeker
Thibaut TC525, 5-axis, 3,733 h 2011 €28,000 Thibaut
Denver Skema HT, 5-axis, ISO 40 spindle 2014 $23,800 (archived) Revelation Machinery

Two points stand out. Used machines from established European and US brands built since 2022 still list at €65,000 to $125,000. Older machines list from about $24,000 to €55,000, but then the control, drives and spare parts availability become the real question. The new vs used bridge saw guide covers that trade-off.

What drives the price of a 5-axis bridge saw

  • Strokes and structure: a longer X and Y stroke, a larger worktable and a heavier bridge add steel, guides and transport cost. Wall or shoulder versions shift cost from the machine to civil works.
  • Blade and motor: a Ø625 mm blade capacity and an 18 to 26 kW motor cost more than a Ø400 mm head with 13 kW. The guard, arbor and bearings scale with them.
  • Interpolation: 5 interpolated axes with an automatic A-axis cost more than an indexed tilt head. See 4-axis vs 5-axis bridge saw.
  • Electrospindle and tool changer: an ISO 40 electrospindle with inverter, center water feed and a 4 to 24 position tool changer is often the largest single option.
  • Vacuum manipulator: the cups, vacuum pump and the software that plans the picks.
  • Camera: slab photo layout hardware and the nesting and vein matching software that uses it.
  • Control brand: a Siemens or Fagor control with matching servo drives costs more than a PC-based controller. It also decides who can service the machine in your country.
  • Software licences: on-board CAM, offline programming seats and nesting modules, often with annual fees.
  • Electrical standard: a US-spec panel to NFPA 79 / UL 508A at 480 V / 60 Hz costs more than a standard 400 V / 50 Hz CE panel.

Installed-cost items buyers forget

The machine price is the start. Budget for:

  • Freight: sea or road freight for a machine of around 5 tonnes, often on a flat rack or open-top container, plus inland transport at both ends.
  • Import duties and brokerage: see the next section.
  • Rigging and unloading: crane or forklift capacity on site, and a rigger if your own equipment cannot lift it.
  • Foundation and floor: anchoring, floor reinforcement, or concrete walls for shoulder machines. Slabwise puts facility buildout for floor, drainage, electrical and slurry handling at $50,000 to $200,000 for a purpose-built shop, and a new three-phase utility connection at $10,000 to $50,000 or more.
  • Power: cable, main breaker and possibly a transformer if your supply voltage does not match.
  • Water recycling: settling tanks or a filter press, pumps and piping.
  • Compressed air: compressor capacity for 6 bar, more with vacuum cups.
  • Tooling: blades for each material, core bits, finger bits, grooving tools.
  • CAM and office software: licences for offline programming and nesting.
  • Training: operator and programmer training, travel for the technician.
  • Spare parts: a starter kit of wear parts, fuses, sensors and a spare encoder cable.

Import duties

  • EU: industrial goods move between Türkiye and the EU at zero customs duty under the EU-Türkiye customs union, with an A.TR movement certificate as proof of customs status. VAT still applies at import.
  • US: an additional Section 301 tariff of 12.5% on goods from Türkiye took effect on 24 July 2026, on top of the ordinary duty. Exemptions depend on the tariff classification.
  • Other markets: free trade agreements and local certification (for example SABER in Saudi Arabia or EAC in Kazakhstan) change both duty and paperwork.

Duty rates and exemptions change. Confirm the rate for your tariff code with your customs broker before you compare offers.

How Hiera CNC prices a machine

Hiera CNC does not publish prices. Each machine is built to a configuration: strokes, blade and motor, spindle and tool changer, handling, camera, control platform and electrical standard. We quote that configuration with a clear basis (EXW or delivered, with or without installation, options listed line by line) so you can compare it against other offers on installed cost.

Next step

Send your slab sizes, materials and parts mix through request a configuration for a quote on that basis. The 5-axis CNC bridge saw page shows the base specification.
