How we work
One team takes the project from your first drawing to a machine cutting in your workshop. You have one technical contact throughout.
Application review
We start from what you produce: materials and thicknesses, part geometry, required tolerances, slab size, daily output, your current machines and CAD/CAM software. Drawings in DXF or PDF help us size the machine correctly.
Configuration and quotation
We specify axes, strokes, worktable, blade diameter and motor, electrospindle and tool changer, handling options, control platform and power supply. The quotation includes a datasheet, a layout drawing, the delivery scope and lead time. Pricing is per configuration.
Factory visit and live demo
Before you order, visit the production site in Denizli and watch the machine cut. Bring slabs or send samples ahead and we cut your material. We arrange a private transfer from Denizli (DNZ), İzmir (ADB) or Antalya (AYT) airport and recommend hotels near the factory. Plan a visit.
Order and Factory Acceptance Test
Once the machine is built, it is tested running at the factory against the agreed specification. You can attend the Factory Acceptance Test in person or follow it by live video. The machine ships after you sign off the FAT report.
Shipping and documentation
Export packing, sea or road freight, and the export documents for your country. For the EU and EEA the machine carries CE marking with the manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity. Shipments to the EU travel under the EU–Türkiye customs union with an A.TR movement certificate.
Installation, commissioning and training
Technicians install and level the machine, connect power, water and air, calibrate the axes and run the first production programs with your operators. Training covers operation, programming and routine maintenance.
Service and spare parts
Teleservice for remote diagnostics and software updates. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer under the terms in your contract. Spare parts and consumables are supplied from Türkiye.
